ਇਹ ਭਰਤੀ ਸਿਰਫ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਸ Group A ਅਤੇ Group B ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹੈ। Candidate ਨੂੰ 01 November 2025 ਤੱਕ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਨ:
1. Service Requirements
- Candidate ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ (Punjab Government) ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ Confirmed Employee ਹੋਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
- ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 8 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ (Continuous Service) ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
- ਕਿਸੇ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ University ਤੋਂ Graduation Degree ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
- Punjabi ਭਾਸ਼ਾ Matric Level ਤੱਕ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਣੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
- 01 November 2025 ਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 54 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਯੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਪਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ:
- Register A-I, Register A-II (Ministerial Cadre), ਅਤੇ Register A-III (BDPO, DDPO, Assistant Excise & Taxation Commissioner, ETO) ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ।
- Universities, Boards, Corporations, ਅਤੇ Societies ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ।
- PUDA, GMADA, PSPCL, ਅਤੇ PSTCL ਦੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਮੈਂਬਰ।

Selection Process ਕੁੱਲ 100 Marks ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ:

- Total Questions: 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Total Marks: 100 Marks (Final Merit ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 50% ਹਿੱਸਾ ਯਾਨੀ 50 ਅੰਕ ਹੀ ਜੋੜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ)
- Exam Duration: 2 Hours
- Exam Medium: Punjabi ਅਤੇ English ਦੋਵਾਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ
- Negative Marking: 0.25 Mark ਹਰ ਗਲਤ ਉੱਤਰ ਲਈ ਕੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: Screening Test ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 30% Marks ਲੈਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
Note: PPSC ਕੁੱਲ ਵੈਕੈਂਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ 3 ਗੁਣਾ Candidates ਨੂੰ Interview ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਰਟਲਿਸਟ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਵੈਕੈਂਸੀਆਂ 05 ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਗਭਗ 15 Candidates ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

Service Length Marks (Max: 15 Marks)
ਪਹਿਲੇ 8 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ (Eligibility Periods) ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਨੰਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ। 01 November 2025 ਤੱਕ 8 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਾਲ (Completed Year) ਲਈ 0.54 Marks ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
Service Record Assessment (Max: 20 Marks)
PPSC ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ 5 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ACR/APAR Report ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ:
- Outstanding = 4 Marks Per Year
- Very Good = 3 Marks Per Year
- Good = 2 Marks Per Year
- Average = 1 Mark Per Year
Interview Panel ਵਿੱਚ Senior Administrative Officers ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਜੋ Candidate ਦੀ Personality, Leadership Skills, Administrative Understanding, ਅਤੇ Decision Making Ability ਨੂੰ Evaluate ਕਰਨਗੇ।
