Selection Process

• Part-A: Punjabi Language qualifying test (Matriculation level) — minimum 50% marks required.
• Part-B: Objective-type Written Test — Merit Part-B marks ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬਣੇਗੀ। 1/4 negative marking ਲਾਗੂ ਹੈ।
• Counselling/Document Verification: Merit list ਅਨੁਸਾਰ original certificates ਦੀ verification ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

How to Apply

1. https://sssb.punjab.gov.in ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਓ ਅਤੇ “Apply Online” ‘ਤੇ click ਕਰਕੇ User ID/Password ਲਈ registration ਕਰੋ।

2. Personal details ਭਰੋ ਅਤੇ passport-size photo/live photo ਅਤੇ signature upload ਕਰੋ।

3. “Attach Annexure” option ਰਾਹੀਂ 10th certificate ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ required documents upload ਕਰੋ।

4. Online application fee pay ਕਰਕੇ “Submit” ‘ਤੇ click ਕਰੋ।

5. Submitted Application Form download ਕਰਕੇ printout future reference ਲਈ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੋ।

Important Instructions For Candidates

• Online application ਵੇਲੇ selected Category ਅਤੇ Category Code ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ change ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ।
• Reservation benefits ਸਿਰਫ਼ Punjab residents ਲਈ ਹਨ। Counselling ਸਮੇਂ 5 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਵਾਲਾ valid Residence/Domicile Certificate ਦੇਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
• ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ paid application fee ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ refundable ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
• Application ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ valid personal mobile number ਅਤੇ email ID ਹੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰੋ।

Ans: ਹਾਂ, Part-B Written Test ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ wrong answer ਲਈ 1/4 mark deduct ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

Q2. ਕੀ Punjabi Language Test ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ?
Ans: ਹਾਂ, Part-A (Punjabi Language) ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 50% marks ਲੈਣੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਹੀ merit ਲਈ consider ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
