Punjab Civil Services (Executive Branch) (First Amendment) Rules, 2011 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ Register A-II ਸਿਰਫ Punjab Govt ਦੇ Ministerial Cadre Group A/B employees ਲਈ departmental quota ਹੈ। ਇਹ direct recruitment ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

Service Requirement
- Punjab Government ਵਿੱਚ Confirmed Employee ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 8 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ Continuous Service ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
- Group A ਜਾਂ Group B Ministerial Cadre ਵਿੱਚ Senior Assistant ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
Educational Qualification
- ਕਿਸੇ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ University ਤੋਂ Graduation Degree ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
- Matric Level ਤੱਕ Punjabi Subject ਪਾਸ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
Age Limit
- 01 November 2025 ਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 54 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

20 - 8 = 12 Years Additional Service
12 × 0.54 = 6.48 Marks
